Lisa has been performing Reiki since 2014 and received her Master’s level in January 2017. She provides clients with energetic healing which promotes deep relaxation and emotional, physical and mental rejuvenation so they can become the brightest, most grounded version of themselves from the inside-out. Anti-aging solutions are sought after by many people, and Lisa performs Reiki techniques to encourage anti-aging healing on a fully integrated (mind, body, soul) holistic level. Lisa has years of experience with a genuine warmth and understanding that puts her clients at ease in order to receive the greatest benefits of the treatment. She comes from an educational background in Counselling & Addiction Studies in a clinical setting working with clients in recovery at Bellwoods Health Services (now know as Edgewood Health Services Toronto).

 

What Is Reiki?

 

Reiki is a non-invasive, natural method of channeling energy through the hands to areas of the body require clearing/healing. It works to clear any imbalances in the body that are caused by emotional and physical stress to restore overall balance and assist in achieving optimal, beautiful health. The term comes from the Japanese characters Rei (meaning “universal”), and Ki (meaning “vital, life force energy”). This practice will never harm a patient. It clears energy blockages within the chakra system to restore the natural flow of energy within the body.
